We accept most medical insurance plans. Be certain to bring your current proof of insurance on the day of your visit. If a referral for specialty service is required by your insurance, please be certain to obtain that before your visit. Payment for services not covered by your primary insurance is appreciated at the time of your visit.
In most cases your medical insurance will not cover a visit for “routine” eye care. In order to appropriately file with your medical insurance company there must be a symptom, complaint, or specific condition associated with your visit.
If you have coverage through a Vision Plan you are required to pay us for your routine visit and file the Vision Plan claim yourself. We are not a provider for vision plans.
As a service to our patients, we are pleased to offer the CareCredit card, North America’s leading patient payment program. CareCredit lets you begin your treatment immediately, then pay for it over time with low monthly payments. CareCredit offers a full range of no interest and extended payment plans for treatment fees from $1 and up.
It only takes a few minutes to apply for CareCredit and you’ll receive an online decision in seconds! Click here to apply.
