Office Hours
Southwest Eyecare office hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please call our office during regular office hours to schedule an appointment, and if you need to reschedule, please call the office a day in advance.

General Visit
To help make the most of your visit to our office we ask that you bring your eye medications and a list of other medications you are currently taking. Since some medications have effects on your eyes, we will need to review your medical history.

It is also important that you bring your current eyeglasses with you for your exam.

Fees & Insurance
We accept most medical insurance plans. Be certain to bring your current proof of insurance on the day of your visit. If a referral for specialty service is required by your insurance, please be certain to obtain that before your visit! Payment for services not covered by your primary insurance is appreciated at the time of your visit.

In An Emergency
If you have an emergency, call 911. If you develop any acute eye pain or a new eye problem, please call our office at once. In most cases we can arrange to see you as soon as possible.

For an emergency after normal office hours, the answering service will answer your call and contact the doctor immediately.
